Nice building, security entrance with intercom, lots of space, big apartment for the price, hallways are nice and clean, and well maintained inside. Parkwood is well named with the building situated with a lot of open space and trees. The management is super friendly, the apartment building is well kept up and nice and clean. Lots of parking for residents and guests. Overall, a great place to live.
Parkwood is a beautiful place to live. The rooms are all very spacious and there is plenty of extra storage space, you don’t find large floor plans like they have here in other buildings. The onsite management and maintenance are very friendly and incredibly responsive/attentive to your needs. The building does not really feel like an apartment complex, you rarely (if ever) will hear your neighbors. It is pet friendly, a perfect place to call “home”.
